Once again we took off for our annual Merriweather Phish weekend. This time was extra special since David was back in the States for a month starting Thursday and was going to be joining us for the festivities. As per our usual MO we packed and left home on Friday night for Milton to drop James off with Grandma, then re-crossed the bay to Maryland for the shows. On Monday, we did a round trip to pick up the munchkin and get back home.
As James' language skills evolve, he seems to have named Grandma IJ "Oma". She'll take it! I think they had a great time; we left Grandma happy and exhausted. We also enjoyed ourselves, but were glad to get back to our boy, too.

Oma did like it and was exhausted...but it was worth it! Meaanwhile that photo looks like a Maxfield Parrish print.
