A few weeks ago James requested dinner by candlelight and so we obliged him. Using the beautiful Simon Pearce glass candlesticks given to us by our dearest family friends the Elliots and Freemans (of E.F. Watermelon; New Lyme, CT) we had a quaint family dinner.
At some point near the end of the proceedings James got upset but it was obvious that he was making a point of overacting to get a rise out of mommy and daddy. So I, like any cynical father would, decided to take a picture of him so he could see how silly looked. What I noticed then was that the lighting was really nice and made a warm and soft image on my iPhone camera (which is generally not the case). As I snapped pic number two and then three he started to try to hold back a smile that wanted to come out. From there what went down was a photo shoot for the ages…

Such a cutie...even when he is pouting. :)
ReplyDeleteWow Mark - You may have missed your calling as an editor of Hollywood trailers? Or maybe it's not too late?
