January Summary

James turns into a screaming monkey if we keep him cooped up in the house all weekend.  So we took him out for a visit to the National Building Museum.  It's just a couple of stops on Metro, so we can let James walk to the station and watch the trains.  When you get there, it's just a HUGE open room where the little ones can run and yell and play with blocks.  There's a playroom called the Building Zone with all kinds of toys.  Along the periphery are small exhibit spaces and a special Lego display and playroom.  The building is beautiful and it's such an easy trip for quick activity.
